Can someone answer this for me please
If in 2008 I started my claim for incapacity Benfit and the DWP asked for an account to send my benefits and I gave them a joint account with my mum as it was the only account I had , and at no point was I ever asked to say it was joint ..... And my benefits have been going in there ever since , .... Never had savings , mum's money never went in there ..... Mum used to send me money to lend from her personal debit card account to my mine and when my ESA hit our joint account she would take back what I owe her ..... Although I've convinced myself that all these years that my benefit was going into my joint account in in serious trouble .... AI ENGINES haven't helped me saying in committing benefit fraud ,😩..... Am I just scaring myself ?

From what you have posted, you have done nothing wrong, and you’re not in trouble. You gave the DWP your only account, joint with your mum, and they accepted it. You were never asked to declare it was joint, and your benefits were always for you.
Your mum lending you money and reclaiming it when your ESA came in is a normal, personal arrangement, not fraud. No hidden savings, no deception, no misuse. You acted in good faith, and that matters.
Please don’t let AI engines or online scare stories convince you you have done something wrong. They don’t know your full situation, and they are not the DWP. If you have never hidden anything and your benefit was always used for your needs, then you acted in good faith.
If you are still worried, a welfare rights adviser could help put your mind at ease. But from everything you have described, you have handled things honestly and practically. You used the account you had, kept nothing hidden, and managed repayments with care. That’s not fraud.
