Council Tax Support
Hi I received 100 percent council tax support last year. I received PIP UC and LCWRA. This year they say I have to pay 25 percent because they are classing LCWRA as income. However the equivalent on ESA is not classed as income. Can they do this and do I have any right of appeal.
