Reported To DWP For Having Sex
I suffer from Anxiety and Depression and I claim ESA and PIP Benefits. An Ex boyfriend has reported me to the DWP saying that I’m well and that there is nothing wrong with my health because I occasionally meet a partner for sex. Can I get into trouble for being active sexually if I’m on Benefits for depression? Thanks

Mabel (not her real name) was in receipt of ESA IR. She then informed DWP in January 2021 that her medical condition had worsened and she should be transferred to the Support Group. I think I've made a mistake
I printed out my bank statements from the bank as per the request from one of the compliance offers, it's much more than I thought due to saving and a trust fund I was set up with by my grandfather which they know about, I don't know what to do and I'm paralyzed with fear. They wanted information about my student loan and…

ESA - Prognosis
I have read that each New Style ESA (Support Group) awarded comes with a 'recommended period' - something they call a Prognosis - before it is reassessed ? If so, why is this recommended period not written on letters from the DWP ? Surely the claimant has a right to know the period. PIP has transparency when it comes to…
