Contribution based ESA & pension drawdown
Hi, My husband receives Contribution based ESA & we need to take a lump sum from his private pension to buy a car as ours has died. He has already taken the 25% tax free so he will have to pay tax in this withdrawal. Will it affect his ESA payments? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Strange Conversation With DWP
Hi all, I had my telephone assessment on 13th June. Called today for a copy of the report and was also told that my claim has been successful, but no group allocated as yet. Is this normal? It's my first time claiming ESA but I do get enhanced PIP for both elements. Thanks for your help.
