Hi again and apologies in advance, my mental health is at an all time low and as I'm in the middle of moving, literally have no motivation to cope anymore..
I'm really hyper focused on esa reviews especially my own, and I'm so scared that an esa50 form will be coming in the post around November time, I'm also seeing conflicting things saying that esa reviews are suspended and then other times I'm not. (I'm not disputing what Poppy has said as she is really good). But.. my anxiety and autism is just too much right now. 😞
I'm trying really hard to remain calm but I am not sleeping properly.

Hello @JustJem
I'm so sorry you feel so low in the middle of your move. Can I ask, is that all going ok?
I would speak to your GP to see if there is anything that can help you sleep better, I also like using calming music playlist on YouTube to fall asleep to. Well that and Christmas movies

I'm not aware of them starting back up again. Yes, there has been one or two threads here in the past 6 months or so saying they have started but 1 or 2 out of potential millions of people then that's not really anything to go by.When they do start there will be huge backlogs so you need to take that into consideration too.I totally understand the stress you're feeling but there's really nothing you or anyone can do. It will always be the same constant worry until the next form comes through the letter box.You can prepare for another and get everything ready if you want to but other than that there's nothing more you can do. Try to think of something else in the meatime.Even in normal times the review date they give you if you ask is nothing more than a guide. Support Group is an ongoing award and has no end date.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
