Got a call today from my landlord saying there will be a £100 rent increase starting this month. I'm on UC and pip and I'm getting transitional protection from when I transferred over. Will my transitional protection end? Also will this be a significant change in circumstances?. Any advice welcome, thanks in advance.

Hip pain while working at a desk - solutions?
Does anyone have an successful experiences with alternative desk set ups for working at a computer? I have chronic hip pain, and tried every chair/standing solution going. I can't have a laptop on my thighs on the sofa either. I'm thinking maybe a desk over my bed? Any advice/ideas would be greatly appreciated

I am concerned about my uncle who is self funding in a care home and was recently admitted to hospital and his care home have assessed him and are saying they are not sure they can take him back.
