Trust funds, discretionary or disabled trust fund? Anyone chosen Mencap?
I have a disabled adult son. In the next few years he will be receiving some money from his grandparents, approximately £20,000. I would like to set up a trust fund. Does anyone know whether: A Discretionary or a disabled trust fund is better? Has anyone chosen 'Mencap' - where they are the sole trustee?
