Hi I applied for incapacity to work on universal credit in may I was refused as was my mandatory reconsideration this is now going to the tribunal if I win will my payments be backdated? I have also been told my previous win at y pip tribunal should have been considered when I applied for incapacity to work is this true?

How many points to qualify for lcwra
please can somebody tell me how many points you need in total from all descriptors in order to qualify for LCWRA I’ve heard you need 15 points but is that all added from all the descriptors? Or do you have to have 15 points from one descriptor individually.
