hi, Can anyone explain to me what this letter means and which date it is being backdated to…. i received pip from 16/8/24 weeks ago didnt know my partner could apply for carers we did this on 3/4/25 and asked it to be be backdated to August 2024 ( not hopeful) received this letter today.
