I just had my UC Review on the phone a month after sending all my documents in

the whole phone call took just 6 minutes. She didn’t ask me any questions about any transactions or anything. Five minutes after the call I got notice on my journal that my review is complete and my UC will not change.

I had spent the past four weeks so panicked and distressed that I’d had to go on stronger medication to calm down.

I hope this post reassured someone that these reviews are not always necessarily a nightmare.

I have multiple bank accounts (sent in statements for them all)) and it all looks quite chaotic.

    hiya,

I’ve got mental health issues and do things quite differently. So I’ve got about 15 or more different bank or savings account, usually with no more than £5 in each one lol. I sent them the bank statements for absolutely every account.

I’m definitely not above the capital limit. I’m on LWCRA and don’t work at all.

she didn’t question me about any of the transactions at all. She just mentioned that she’d read everything and it was all in order. She mentioned she can clearly see my rent payments being paid from my main current account each month.

I was dreading it and I’d heard they interrogate you about your spending. But she didn’t ask me anything.

Just realised I tagged the wrong person in my comment! Oops - sorry if you see the tag @longpaul.
