I received a letter saying I won my tribunal and it says entitled to higher rate from 2021 for both daily living and mobility does this mean I will be backpayed from 2021 thanks

Yes, great news. It may take up to 8 weeks for PIP to put your award in place though.1

My partner believes they will only give us a tiny amount back we are owed about 15000 but he believes we will be only be awarded about 5000 instead of the whole amount this is not true is it ?0

If you started this claim in 2021 then that's when it will be awarded from, as advised by bg844.
