I received a letter saying I won my tribunal and it says entitled to higher rate from 2021 for both daily living and mobility does this mean I will be backpayed from 2021 thanks

    Yes, great news. It may take up to 8 weeks for PIP to put your award in place though.

    My partner believes they will only give us a tiny amount back we are owed about 15000 but he believes we will be only be awarded about 5000 instead of the whole amount this is not true is it ?

    If you started this claim in 2021 then that's when it will be awarded from, as advised by bg844.
