Good morning and a warm welcome to the community @letsgetthisrightA!
I'm so sorry to hear you're having a tough day and feeling lonely. It's completely normal to have down days, and I know the weather can definitely affect my mood. However, if you've felt this way for a longer period of time it might be worth speaking to your local GP to see if they have some ideas of support for you. Things like social prescribing can be very beneficial.
I'm glad you found and joined us here though! Our community is a warm group of supportive people and I hope you'll get involved across our many discussions. The coffee lounge is a great place to start as it's usually a bit lighter with members playing games and discussing things that are important to them.
Remember, you're not alone here. We're all here to lend an ear, offer support, and provide a friendly environment. If there's anything specific you'd like to discuss or if you need someone to talk to, don't hesitate to reach out.
Take care, and we hope your day gets better soon.
