I heard him on the BBC and I found this bit, mostly, incredibly selfish... just supporting people selling stuff, not even any mention of anyone actually dying, which actually happened (no one else did either, and everyone was pro-pollution, but then BBC and bias are an iconic duo). What do you think about this? I guess this site is not for those with ashtma?

People have died from the affects of pollution for decades, and with this govts attitude to green issues that looks set to continue and continue and continue.
Luckily they won't be in power for much longer.

Luckily they'll be replaced by a carbon copy, yay...

What do you think of what Millar said, though? Is it appropriate that he chairs Scope's BOT after completely disregarding any pulmonary disabilities? I don't even have it the worst myself, but I certainly don't prefer people making profit over cleaner air, like Robin Millar seems to https://www.scope.org.uk/about-us/trustees

If he didn't make any reference to it, how do you know he thinks it doesn't matter?

I think that's an odd assumption to make.

I didn't talk about the Ukraine war yesterday, that doesn't mean I don't think it matters.

I agree that the BBC is biased.

    Hello Mootoo

Without more context or a direct quote from Robin Millar, I am unable to provide a well-informed opinion on this matter so cannot answer your question.

If you (like myself) have concerns about pollution and its effects on health, it's essential to engage in informed discussions and advocate for environmental and public health policies that address these issues. Asthma and other respiratory conditions can indeed be exacerbated by air pollution, and it's crucial to take measures to protect vulnerable people and the general population and improve air quality.

What's this in reply to? He specifically was pro-pollution (i.e. anti-ulez, which everyone seems to have a sudden kink to, just after a child has officially died due to pollution too).

This was on 'Wake Up To Money', which expires, so unfortunately others can't listen and verify if desired, although it was the 29/08/2023 ep at after the half an hour mark (if you can find some archive) when the pollution cult seemed to assemble...
