A friend of mine has received over £2500 back dated money of pip he also gets UC lcwra, will UC say anything if he withdraws £2500 in one go, he is currently under the 6k savings limit

No not at all, even if they did have more than the lower limit the money owed from PIP is disregarded for 1 year anyway.0
