Just need some advice pls .
I didn’t fill a pip form in but DWP sent it to assessment service anyway , I then missed both my telephone assessments the 2nd one because I was in hospital . Assessment centre sent my claim to DWP first time and second time and both times DWP have sent it back to assessment centre, so it now with assessment centre again . Not sure what’s going on. I didn’t fill a form in and have sent no supporting evidence at all. I’ve been an absolute mess last few months. Could all of this be because I may have a vulnerable marker on the system ? I thought they would’ve just closed my claim.

Should I send supporting evidence ?

Yes, sounds like you do have a vulnerable marker on your file. You can send supporting evidence at anytime. Although i would also send it to the health assessment providers too, if they now have your file again. You will need to find out who does the assessments in your area, if you don't know and find out the address for where to send the evidence to. The a map here that will help. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5a81c7ab40f0b62305b90c46/personal-independence-payment-postcode-map.pdf
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
