Hi @Scousecamel, welcome to the community. I'm not too familiar with pension credit, but as far as I'm aware, it shouldn't be affected by your Nan living with someone else as long as they're not a couple.
But I'm sure there are some lovely members with far more knowledge on this than me, so I'll put your post into our Benefits section where they can find it and offer their thoughts.
Edit: I've just seen you've asked your question in the benefits section already, so I've just combined these posts to make it easy for you to keep track of the responses, hope that's alright

There's not enough of information for me to be able to advise. Are they just friends or partners?
Does your nan's pension credit include the Severe disability Premium?
Other than ESA does the person claim any other benefits?
If you're nan is claiming single person discount on her council tax then she will lose that.0 -
Hiya no there just friends and the friend is only on ESA and yes my Nan gets severe Prem xx0

Thanks. That means she will lose the SDP if her friend moves in. This could also mean that her Pension Credit will end but it will depend on her circumstances. If PC ends then this could also affect any housing benefit and council tax reduction she maybe claiming.0
