Hi, my name is randomscousebird! Awarded ESA, but no one has explained what it is.
Hi everyone 🙌I’ve been put on eESA now for ADHD late diagnosis and long term depression and anxiety which became worse after I was bullied out of 4 jobs when I disclosed my conditions. I don’t really what this extra support means as just got a letter & no one from DWP has contacted me to explain it? Really want to go back to work but too scared after what I went through. Tried emailing my case manager but she told me I had to phone the job centre but can never get through. Want to just do self employed cleaning work or care anything!! Anyone know how to contact them?

Heya @randomscousebird and welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear you're struggling to get through to the DWP, I often find it best to phone as soon as the lines open, you can often get through then. We have some information on ESA here, which might shed some light on things.
We also have our Support to Work programme which might be of interest to you?0
