What were your circumstances before the work capability assessment which has now awarded you LCWRA?
Even though you've received the decision UC need time to process it, add LCWRA to your award and calculate any backpay.
If any backpay is due this is calculated and paid separately, this usually takes several weeks at least.
You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment.

For new claims LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, dating from your first Fit Note before LCWRA is added to your claim.
No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
Fit Notes do need to have been provided without breaks up until the decision from your assessment- it's the date they are given to UC that counts, not the start date written on them.
Any gaps in Fit Notes will impact when UC start your waiting period from.
As advised UC do now need time to process the MR decision, calculate & pay backpay and add LCWRA to your monthly award going forward.
