Hi, my name is MelWilliams74! About to run out of money on electric meter
Hi sir / madam, Good morning. [Removed by moderator - personal information]. I am in a desperate situation, I desperately need an energy voucher to put on my electric, because my electric meter has less than £3 on it, and it will not last me till next week Tuesday. I have tried everything, but nobody can help me, I have two cats Amber and Bella, who will both be in darkness as well as myself, when my electric runs out. The little food that I have in my fridge will also spoil. if you can please respond to me by email or a phone call. I shall even send you a picture of my electric meter in an email to prove to you that what I am saying to you is sincere, and I shall give you whatever ID you need from me in order for you to take my request serious, I am actually very worried, because it is a scary situation for me to be in, so please respond to me by email and I shall give you all my details that you may need to process a energy fuel voucher, please. My contact number is below. I hope to hear back from you, thank you for listening.
Thank you

Hi @MelWilliams74 and welcome to the community. This is the scope online forum so we're unable to reply by email or phone.
You can contact our Disability Energy Support | Disability charity Scope UK who deal with that side of things. Just so you're aware, the team are working through a bit of a backlog at the minute so please bare with us once you've submitted the requests.
As you're so low on funds, you could get in touch with your energy supplier who may be able to support you until you are able to add more funds to the meter.
Also, I've removed your full name and phone number for your protection.
