I’m Will Chadwick, father of two young children living in Lancaster. I have learnt more about challenging behaviour in trying to get my daughter to bed on time than I have in the last 15 years!  

I have worked as a behaviour specialist in the field of challenging behaviour, specialising in working with adults with severe learning difficulties, complex needs and autism for around seven years. Prior to that, I was an assistant psychologist working with adults with learning difficulties and complex needs. Prior to that, I worked in the NHS in secure mental health services as an associate practitioner and as a support worker.
