What does this mean in my PIP report? 'No requirement to arrange of review'

Hi,
I've just received a copy of my PIP Report, as I needed it for evidence. A decision has not been made as yet, but wondered if you could help please. At the end of the repirt, the assessor has written, Based on available evidence, no requirement to arrange a review, or this claim, as significant change unlikely.
No review would be appropriate, based on level of current restrictions. Please could you explain this in easy terms, I have mental health problems and find it all confusing ! Thanks so much x
