Hi everyone,

My name is Sarah I'm 44 and I have just been diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis after a motorbike accident left me with a fractured spine in 3 places and a broken neck with compressed nerves.
I'm 10 months into my recovery with medication and now physio, I walk with 2 walking sticks to keep me steady.
I'm deaf in both ears (severe high tone loss) and I am having trouble keeping my balance,  not sure if this is just because my tinnitus is much louder or what?

I Just wanted to reach out and try and understand cervical spinal stenosis and how you guys cope with it.

Any help gratefully received

Sarah x

Sorry to hear about the accident, it's good to hear you are getting the support to recover, have you discussed your concerns about your balance with your GP / physio?
