Hi my esa was ment to go in today & it hasn't i dont know what to do as this is all the money I get & I no elec gas or food! I am struggling. What can I do.? Im on the phone. Just now trying to find out what's going on? I'm. Worried sick. My mum just died too  & I'm. Not coping aswell. ?

I can imagine not getting your expected ESA payment would be quite stressful. When we've had members post about this in the past, it's often been due to an admin error, or something similar. You're doing the right thing by calling them, and I hope that they're able to explain to you why you haven't received your payment, and when you can expect to receive it. 

I'm really sorry to hear about the loss of your mum, too. Have you been able to access any support to help you through the grieving process? Do you have a good support network of other family and friends around you? If you need someone to talk to, Cruse bereavement support might be a good place to start.
