People claim PIP and work so that isn't affected. As you're claiming Universal Credit then you will need to report the changes onto your journal that you've started to work.
Any earnings received during your monthly assessment period will reduce your UC by 55% if you don't have the work allowance. For the work allowance you will need to have a child on your UC claim or be found to have either LCW or LCWRA. See link for more details on the work allowance https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-work-allowances/universal-credit-work-allowances
To be entitled to the carers element you don't have to physically care for someone, just sitting with them is enough.
If you're claiming Carers allowance as well as Carers element of UC then there's a weekly earnings limit of £128 after deductions so you won't be entitled to any carers allowance working 37 hours per week.
Whether there will be any entitlement to UC will depend on your circumstances. You can use a benefits calculator to check. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator/Intro/Home?cid=34109e34-ad6b-42bf-adea-4199613cbc90
