I have 17 year old step son that lives with me he has cerbal paulsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy.

We have a category for discussions relating to cerebral palsy (CP), which you might both find helpful.
I've also heard good things about CP Teens UK. They run a number of activities and events, and well as doing some great work around campaigning and awareness raising.
It may also be worth looking to see if Mencap can point you in the direction of any groups or activities that may be of interest.
I also came across The Channel recently, which is an online space for young people living with epilepsy.
Your local authority may also be able to identify any groups or activities your step son could get involved with.
