No, having non dependents staying for a few weeks will not affect the SDP.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

thank you for replying. I’m just concerned that my daughter has told the council she was living with me for 4 weeks while she was waiting to move into her property for 1 month

How long exactly was she staying with you for because first you said 3 weeks and then you said 4 weeks. I can’t advise you correctly without all the correct information.

It won't affect your SDP because it was temporary. If it was any longer it may have been different.
