No, having non dependents staying for a few weeks will not affect the SDP.1

thank you for replying. I’m just concerned that my daughter has told the council she was living with me for 4 weeks while she was waiting to move into her property for 1 month0

How long exactly was she staying with you for because first you said 3 weeks and then you said 4 weeks. I can’t advise you correctly without all the correct information.0
-
sorry sorry it was 4 weeks0
-
It won't affect your SDP because it was temporary. If it was any longer it may have been different.
