I meant mr im so nervous for my decision as i thought they could tell you on phone your decision0
-
They said i have to wait for decision letter0

They won't always tell you over the phone. You should receive the decision letter in the next couple of weeks. If you're not happy then you can proceed to Tribunal. If the decision was successful and you were awarded any money owed should be in your bank between 3-5 days after payment was sent. Usually you receive the payment before the letter.1

I would expect you to have had it by now. It may be held up in the post but you can ring and ask DWP to issue another copy.0

How do you start the appeal process can you ring them and start the process, i feel its more hard work to go through as i was awarded 8 points for daily living and 0 for mobility which i need i feel i have a good argument for that so just wondering how i go about it to get the ball rolling ,thanks0

You should put that request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision will remain the same, if this happens you can proceed to Tribunal.Timescales for the MR are 2-12 weeks.1

I have already done mr they turned it from 0 points on everything to 8 points on dailyliving just need to appeal on mobility side at tribunal how do u start that process0
