Please can anyone advise me. I claimed for Pip last year. I was turned down. I asked to have it looked at and again was turned down. In February I applied to go to tribunal. Last week I went to tribunal and has overturned DWP . i get standard mobility allowance . The tribunal would on discuss how I was upto February. I have become worse since then. Someone told me to ring DWP and tell them i am worse now and they will send forms to see if my award could be now upgraded..
Has anyone else done this is itcorrect?

The Tribunal were correct not to take into consideration any worsening of condition.
A worsening of condition doesn’t automatically entitle you to more points for a higher award.
If you report the changes you will be sent more forms to fill in and return and the whole process starts again. You will also likely need another assessment.
Before doing anything else you should get some expert advice from an agency near you. Start here https://advicelocal.uk/0 -
Hi @jools58 and welcome to the online community, how are you keeping?
Well done on the successful outcome at your PIP tribunal. It sounds like they advised you correctly and Poppy has given some sterling words regards what to do now your condition has worsened.
I'd recommend getting support from a welfare representative who can go into more detail about how your condition impacts your ability to satisfy the PIP activities, so the Advice Local website is one definitely worth a visit.
Just to make you aware, I've amended your thread title and moved it to our PIP, DLA and AA category to help make it more visible to other members.
Take care and please let us know how you get on.0
