good morning,

Im just wondering if I can get some advice regarding rent.

I’m currently living in a property, I paid the rent on March 4th which I believe takes me to April 3rd.
I’m due to move house april 4th if I put this change in to UC on the 4th will I get the rent for the new property on April 12th? my assesment period is the 5th- 6th.

    It's unlikely your new rent would be verified in time for your April payment.

    But once it has been verified, if there has been an underpayment UC will add a letter to your Journal confirming the amount you are owed, with payment arriving into your bank account a few working days later.
