You have the option of a biographical interview, which is a telephone call where you answer questions about your personal details that only you know.

Oh so I will be OK then ? Can I also ask I've always used my cousins bank as I can't get a bank from past issues and esa and pip have had no issue with that and now I'm homeless its easier going in her bank as I'm homeless I use her address as care of so she helps me and orders anything I need etc will uc be ok with me using her bank

UC prefer claimants to have their own account. They can allow a third party account, but could be awkward about it. If you can open your own now then that would make the process easier, but if you're still unable to then they should accept your cousins account, as long as she can be contacted to agree with that.

There are possibilities if you are homeless:
If you decide to go ahead with making your Cousin your appointee, your benefits would be paid to her and she can transfer money to your account.
