Can i request private landlord to do letter to confirm housing cost for uc and upload it online and how should letter look ??

Hi @krj991 of course you can request this. Does your paperwork for DWP state what information you need to provide? If so, I'd share details of what they're asking for with your landlord and ask if they can produce a letter with this detail. It might be they've done this before for another tenant so they might already have an idea. 😊
