Hey all,
I am due to migrate from cont based ESA support element to ucredit this year and was told I would have transitional protection re the health element. Will these changes announced today mean I no longer get this protection?

The "changes" are essentially the Government's wish list. What eventually becomes law (takes years) is usually a watered down version of the Green Paper.
It's extremely unlikely any of the changes will be official policy by law by the time you migrate.
Letters will be sent by December & you'd then have a few months to apply.
