Pip review

had my pip assessment results a few weeks ago. No confirmation yet.
I have high mobility but gone from 11 points to 4 points in daily living.
Obviously I shall be putting in a mandatory reconsideration and again to tribunal if necessary.
When writing my mc. Shall I mention the tribunal decision from my previous report?

Hi @Stratford sorry to hear they've reduced your points, that can often happen with reviews, as they treat them as new awards.
With the MR, it's best to go through the assessment and point out where you feel you should be awarded the points and how many. use real world examples with consequences if possible. You can mention the previous tribunal if you wish, but I found it better to focus on showing where felt I should be awarded points. 😊0
