Hi I know of Pullins Bakery, I think they're Bristol way, i haven't brought from them tbh when i was on gluten free bit expensive but I'm sure they do delivery.

I did buy from Voakes free from in Yorkshire but that was pies. They were lovely everything in their manufacturing unit is gluten free so no risk of contamination but worth checking them out if you like pies. 😊

Also Harry, Tesco's lactose free semi skimmed milk I get 99p for a litre which is Aldi price matched and best value I've found.

If you're coeliac it's worth checking if your GP will prescribe (if you need them to) but many do not now.

I was misdiagnosed with coeliac so was only on gluten free for c 4 months but it's expensive compared to non-gluten isn't it, especially the bread.

I'm so sorry to hear of all your suffering.

Do you have a stoma nurse who could help? And your GP - you might want to consider asking for an urgent referral to Tissue Viability Nurses they can come out to you at home if needed.

I really hope you're able to get the help you need to be comfortable and to start healing as soon as possible. With very best wishes to you.
