Wca review
Hi
Well we've had the migration letter to transfer to UC 😞. Stress is through the roof. Anyways I contacted ESA today for something else cockup with payments. I decided to ask when my husband was up for review for ESA support group, march 26 🫣, wish I never asked now. Just done his pip review now this. With the new rules allegedly coming into play April 26 will my hubby be classed as a new claim for lcwra or existing one?

Review dates for ESA are just a guideline, they can review before or after this date.
Reviews for the vast majority have been suspended since the pandemic, as such significant backlogs exist within the system.
When they will resume at volume is anyone's guess.
The Green Paper containing proposals recently released are essentially a Government wish list.
Whst eventually becomes law (takes a long time) is usually a watered down version of the Green Paper.

Thanks kimmi87,
I've never been so stressed about anything in my life. It's just the uncertainty about what might happen. I don't tell my husband anything what's going on. He had 68 seizures alone last mth and 55 so far this month bless him. Again Ty
