Pip assessment report

Good morning

I wonder if anyone could help me , I have been on pip for roughly 9 years and had a review that took a year due to back logs , I had a telephone assessment and then a call from the CM to ask if i will be having anymore surgery on my legs which I answered no ? He then awarded me high rate daily living and mobility . I didn't ask for my assessment report which was silly of me as in the past I have , is it too late to request the report now as obviously I'm scared of what's going to happen next year .
