how or where can I get help for my garden please as I am blind and have a brain injury please

Your local council might have a scheme to help those eligible with gardening.
Grants may be available
Otherwise the option is paying for someone else to do the gardening yourself, I'd suggest asking locally for recommendations.

The local councils in wales have just had their funding for helping people with gardening. just ring them ,they will ask you a few questions, which i'm sure you will be eligible, and they will arrange someone to come and see to your garden. I have just been approved to have my gardening done. be quick, though as I think they only have so much funding available to them .
