Tribunal win not heard anything what so ever

April 4 in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA

Hi my partner won her pip back after a telephone tribunal. the judge said the DWP will contact us but we have not had any letters or phone calls. it was about three weeks ago is the normal please Thanks

  It usually takes up to 8 weeks following a Tribunal for everything to be sorted out.

  Ok thanks kimi87. just thought they would send you a letter or ring explaining that it could take up to 8 weeks as if she had not gone through enough stress and unbelievable mental anguish . thanks aging
