PiP don't talk to me about PIP I'm stressed austium has kicked in .. facial tics I'm stuttering when speaking. I teach for a living I need my Pip for food etc.. I'm now stuttering body tics in class in front of students .. my pip runs out in 2027 .. can't cope with uncertainty or unfamiliarity.. I can't keep my job with additional support .. I feel I'm sinking within myself a burden to others and feeling guilty that I don't deserve the benefit... I feel sadden angry frustrated like I'm being judged again an again ... apart from work which is a familiar routine .sep 24 was the first time I went outside somewhere different obviously with my carer as I had additional anxiety issues .. sometimes I just can't be bothered with it all I'm so tired sometimes

Sorry to hear that @Kevin23, that sounds stressful. It's not an easy thing to go through sometimes and it can all feel really overwhelming with everything else you're dealing with day-to-day.
Please don't feel guilty that you've claimed or that you're a burden on others. The messages in the news can make you feel so worthless, but you do deserve the support. Scope and many other charities are campaigning hard and the community is here if you need to vent about things. You're not alone in what you're feeling, many will be familiar with the stress too.
I hope things start feeling easier for you soon.
