Just read house of lords committee agree with welfare changes was feeling reasonably OK now pure dread

    Hope you're okay today @Catherine21. I know it doesn't solve any of the problems long term, but remember to take a break and step away from everything if you need to. It can be really overwhelming to be reading about these things and taking everything in, so take it easy 💙
