GOT A FORM COMING OUT FOR RE-ASSESSMENT

I've reported my hearing loss and decided to re-assess as I have other issues .

Rightly or wrongly I've done it because my award ends next March .

I now have to go through the whole process again , I might have messed up , feeling sick and in a panic now .

The guy told me the form is a reassessment form but I tick no change and add the other conditions on , he told me it is quicker than the review process .

Hey @sarah_lea12 please try not to panic. A reassessment is what you'd have to do next March anyway, this is just speeding things a long a bit. I'd recommend filling the form in as if you were doing a new claim, so please do not write "no change" as this will go against you. The person you spoke to works in the DWP call centre and they're notorious for giving the wrong advise.

We're all here for support if you need us though. 😊

Thank you , I've had a huge panic attack even on the phone . I couldn't remember my national insurance number , the guy was patient with me .

Do you know if I should add the NHS aids I have recently been given to help me , or is this going to go against me ?
