Yes its a full one day job then eventually they have to return to do work on the hallway ceiling which will take 3 days.

I hate the disruption.

Good Luck chuck with the mayhem. I’m dreading it when I have to have my stairlift removed and stored in the lounge, then the entire staircase has to be ripped out and replaced, then I have to have carpets put down and then have the stairlift refitted. I keep fighting myself to paint the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and stairs. But I’m not risking it with my health reasons, better to be safe than sorry.

I’m dreading it to say the least, I’m going to use a plastic sheet to seal the top of the stairs so no dust comes into my living area due to the old bagpipes. Im hoping that I can get an intercom fitted as I don’t want to be giving them my key safe number.
