Hi, my name is Sanysalo74! Complaining against Maximus assessor.

I had assesment with maximus hope it's OK to post here but I can't seem to find any help.
18 April near 2 hours husband present he could see me getting quite distressed so tried to calm me he's spanish so speaks loud and fast she said tell him to be quiet I can't hear or ill terminate assesment plus the answers u gave her she's ticked mainly all zero boxes I've spoken with someone today said that's unacceptable and to email complaint in sk I have proof and then use it for mandatory reconsideration I haven't had award yet it was renewal but the copy of assesment is all lies can anyone advise me please I'm absolutely stressed.

That doesn't sound like a good experience at all, I'm sorry you had to deal with that.
You're fully within your rights to put in a complaint, as that sounds like the assessor wasn't being very understanding to your needs, so definitely get that done. You can make a complaint here.
With regard to asking for a MR, I'd advise doing this in writing, just to make sure you're not rushed by the call centre staff. But please do not focus on the previous assessor and any falsehoods on the report, focus on explaining which descriptors you feel you should receive points for and why. If you can, use real life examples and and consequences.0
