Please help advice needed on stem cell therapy for CP

Please can anybody help me. I am trying to find somewhere in the UK that does stem cell therapy for the treatment of cerebral palsy hemiplegia and epilepsy? Please can I hear people's stories of anybody that has gone through this. I have a 14 year old boy with hemiplegia and has just been diagnosed with epilepsy I would like to try to help him in any way that I can do. Any advice woukd be gratefully appreciated
