Hi, my name is Nomi! Was expecting a back payment but I haven't received it, any advice?

Hi

I claimed UC on the 02 December and completed my first fit note on the 16 December . My second fit note and third was on the 18 February and 22 March. They Approved LCWRA on the 03 April and paid me the first my the same day as the standard allowance on the 10th April. I’m confused because there was no back payment and they didn’t mention it on the approval letter either. I’m I going to get it. Thank you very much in advance

    LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

    Because your decision was quick you are not owed any backpay.

    Assuming you handed in first Fit Note within 7 days of reporting the health condition:

    December/January AP 1

    January/February AP 2

    February/March AP 3

    March/April Eligible for LCWRA element.

    April 10 first LCWRA element paid.
