PIP assessment report

Hi, does anyone knows for sure if PIP assessment report could be obtained earlier that the actual decisions from DWP comes, which is normally 8 weeks.

Decisions take anything up to 12 weeks after the DWP receive the report.
Yes 100% you can request a copy of the report after the DWP receive it, and before a decision is made.

Please be aware more than one forum user has found very recently PIP have refused to send out the report, prior to the decision.

i can share that i regret that i did not record my assessment.. I thought it is disrespectful .. i just CANNOT BELIEVE that they put into assessment report not what i had said but what assessor had invented.. i did not believe stories that they lie

If PIP refuse to send you the assessment ask to speak to a manager or put the phone down and call back. Some members of PIP don't seem to understand that you can have a copy of the report.

i ASKED A FEW DAYS ago, i got impression that it will not be sent to me.. AS i called DWP and said that i will be challenging their decision inTribunal. DWP mentioned in their letter to me that their decision was also based on the letter of physiotherapist. I asked on phone to send me that letter of phisiotherapist as i will n eed to know what i will be arguing against… to this i got a very vague reply;:; oh lass, it mus tbe the one the u yourself provided us.. HOwever, this letter says that since 8 October there is not improvement in my condition and referral was made by specialist for ..
DWP are lying .. {content moderated} challenge them
