Pip extension

HHi, I discussed me having claimed my last months PIP payment and sent my review form in in October and just kept receiving text messages stating we are still dealing with your claim. I have got worse especially my living skills. One of you told me to ring them and follow it up. Well today before I had chance to ring them I recieved a letter stated still under review and no desicion has been made at this time so will be awarded 22 month extension whilst further discussion is made. They did state if I have any further evidence to submit I should do so ASAP. This I will do over the next couple of days. They will keep me informed and let me know if a desicion is made with the twelve months. I'm grateful for the extension as I was unsure, but I reckon I'd get an increase, but wont now. Not sure if this is good or bad with all the stricker rules coming out next year. What do you think?

SSorry Meant 12 months not 22.

You should be awarded on current rules.

The stricter rules are still at the Government wish list stage.
What eventually becomes law is usually a watered down version of that wish list.
