ESA new rates

Hi

Can anyone tell me when the new benefit rates come into force?.

I have had a payment for ESA at my usual rate.I am assuming that any updates will be implemented through the next payment.

  Hi @SunFlower1 I believe this was 7th April 2025 but as benefits are paid in arrears, you might not receive the higher rate immediately. Hope that helps.🙂

  ESA is paid two weeks in arrears.

  My payment yesterday was for one week at the old rate, and one week at the new rate.
