Hi Folks

As you know it can be very difficult to get paid employment if you are a disabled person. Therefore I am thinking of starting up a business.

Are you aware of any business mentors specifically for disabled people?

Thanks

    Hi @Agnia

Yes I have read the book by Tony Robbins - I've actually bought a copy.

However, I would be most grateful if you could kindly help with the question that I have originally posted.

Your local Chamber of Commerce might be a good port of call for advice @Manjinder or some banks offer support (don't know if it's specifically aimed at disabled people but might be worth looking at/asking the question) ie Barclays have a 'Life Skills' portal incorporating new business advice.

Also your local Jobcentre may be able to point you in the right direction for you. And of course, LinkedIn could be a suitable research source.

Not recommending them but just ideas for you to utilise as you see fit. Good luck!

Thank you so much for sharing your story. It’s really inspiring how you invested your own savings and used tools like Google Ads and Yell to bring your {removed by moderator} to life—especially while working through the challenge of a second language. Wishing you a great day and a lovely Easter weekend if you're celebrating. Take care!
