Hi, my name is ihavehadenuffofit66! Carers suspended while my sister was in hospital, is this right?

Any advice. My sister who I care for went into hospital for 14 days. My carers was suspended.and in it they said they’ve been told I’d taken a break in caring. Not true I was fetching laundry bk and forth, sorting out a temporary care package for her, keeping her bills up to date, cleaning her house and making sure on discharge everything she needed was done & ready for her. Carers only gave her her meds I did everything else & still do, despite suspended payments. I got a letter telling me it would be suspended 03/03/25 the letter was printed on the 12/03/25 and I received it 12 days after that. Hmmmm am I reading the rules wrong as in I’m allowed carers for up to 28 days of her hospitalisation? Phoned relentlessly and have informed them my suspended payments are causing hardship. Ive put in a verbal & written complaint, gone unanswered. Angry
