Family don't knowledge me anymore

My 2nd sister who wished me a happy birthday I said thank you. But she said sorry I have been to busy to message you. I haven't spoken to her since December. They all know I am disable in a wheelchair and get very tired but a nice message to ask how I am would be nice. Before I was disable I dropped everything for them 7 hours on trains. That's why it hurts. I don't give or help to get back but why are some families so selfish these days. I love them all to bits.
